Returns & Exchanges

All items sold are pre-loved by a third party and the condition of each garment is clearly described on the website. Please read the description of the item and view the images carefully before purchasing.

If you receive your item and find it to be damaged or not as described, we are happy to offer you a full refund. If your item is received as described but you are not entirely satisfied with the product we are happy to offer you an exchange. In both cases, you must return the item within three days of receipt and in the same condition as when you received it, in order to be permitted an exchange or refund.

Refund and exchange conditions

  • You must notify us of a return or exchange within three days of receiving your item. Prior to returning your item, please email returns@garderobe.ae stating the reason for the return and in order to obtain a Return’s Number.
  • The item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, in the same packaging and with all tags and labels still attached. This Return’s Number should be written clearly on the outside of the packaging when returning the item.
  • If the item was damaged or not as described on the website you will not be charged any return shipping fee. We will organize a courier to collect the item from you directly or alternatively you can return the item to the Garderobe store, which is located in Dubai on Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqeim 1.
  • If the item was received as described on the website and you are returning the item for another reason, you must arrange for the item to be delivered to the Garderobe store at your own cost.
  • Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by the Garderobe team. We will then process your refund or exchange.
  • If you are entitled to a refund we will reimburse you the cost of the item less the original shipping cost. The refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
  • If you are entitled to an exchange, please email us with the item you would like to exchange it for. Alternatively, we will issue a credit note for the value of the item returned. Please note that this credit note will be valid for six months from the date that it is issued.
